There were two Jimmy-Fen litters; they can be seen on the "Jimmy-Fen Pups" page.

Fen at nine weeks of age, about the size of Richard's boots. She was a very lively puppy whose idea of a good game was to bite and bite some more. To try and break this habit, we made sure she played with lots of chewy squeaky toys, hence the toy she is carrying. This worked; she never bit us again. She is now, when not working, keeping herself occupied by playing with her collection of toys. She is the best ball catcher out of all our dogs, and she makes some spectacular dives into the air, sometimes as high as us, to catch a ball before any of the others.

Fen relaxing in the garden.

Fen gathering the sheep before they are moved to another field.

Here Fen is on her outrun getting behind the sheep where she will be stopped and the 'walked on' to them to bring them down to the yard.

Fen is 'driving' the sheep up the field after having their feet treated.

Fen coming round behind the sheep on her 'come bye' command which means to run clockwise. Again she will be stopped to 'walk on.'

Fen and a stubborn ewe; the outcome: the ewe was put in her place by Fen.
